Für den erfolgreichen Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine\n Projektleiter\in Portfoliomanagement.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie führen das Portfoliomanagement der SAW und die Liegenschaftenstrategie mit Umsetzungs- und Erneuerungsplanung.
  • Sie identifizieren, prüfen und begleiten Akquisitions- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zur Erweiterung und Optimierung des Portfolios der SAW.
  • Sie führen bauherrenseitig Projektentwicklungen und sind verantwortlich für das bauherrenseitige Controlling.
  • Sie stellen bei unseren vielfältigen Vorhaben die Ansprüche an die architektonische Qualität, die Kosten und die Termine sicher.
  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass gesetzliche Vorgaben sowie ökonomische und ökologische Rahmenbedingungen in der Planung und Ausführung berücksichtigt werden.

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur ETH/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung in Immobilien- und Projektentwicklung und/oder Betriebswirtschaft (Universität, ETH, FH, CUREM)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche, mit Vorteil im Portfoliomanagement eines gemeinnützigen Wohnbauportfolios (öffentliche oder gemeinnützige Organisation)
  • Kenntnisse des öffentlichen Beschaffungswesens, der Planungs- und Bewilligungsprozesse der Stadt Zürich sowie der kantonalen und kommunalen Wohnbauförderung bzw. Bereitschaft, sich diese anzueignen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und planerische Zusammenhänge, komplexe Problemstellungen sowie Interesse an politischen und gesellschaftlichen Themen

Die Stiftung Alterswohnungen der Stadt Zürich SAW betreibt aktuell rund 40 Siedlungen mit über 2000 bezahlbaren Wohnungen für Menschen ab 60 Jahren. Sie unterstützt ihre Mieter\*innen mit alltagsnahen, sozialen und pflegerischen Dienstleistungen und ermöglicht ihnen dadurch eine hohe Lebensqualität bis ins hohe Alter. Bis 2035 plant die SAW, weitere Siedlungen mit rund 1000 zusätzlichen Wohnungen in Betrieb zu nehmen.
