Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung, befristet bis 23.04.2027 (Option der Verlängerung) eine Schulassistenz zur Verstärkung unseres Betreuungsteams.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie unterstützen das Betreuungsteam in der Betreuung und im Verpflegungsbereich. Das Team wird durch eine Hortleitung geführt.
  • Sie leisten das Pensum von 29% an 5 Tagen pro Woche, jeweils von 11:00 bis 14:00h und arbeiten in einem 4er Team.
  • Im Verpflegungsbereich arbeiten Sie zusammen mit einer weiteren Betreuungsassistenz.
  • Neben der Arbeit im Stammhort haben Sie eine Springerfunktion bei Absenzen im Betreuungsteam inne.

Profil ##

  • Motivierte, offene, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit positivem Menschenbild
  • Flexibilität sowie sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Freude im Umgang mit Personen verschiedener Kulturen
  • Freude im Umgang mit Kindern (Kindergarten bis Mittelstufe)
  • Freude an Gestaltung von verschiedenen Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Bereitschaft die Springerfunktion zu übernehmen
  • Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit im Schulteam
  • mit Vorteil Berufserfahrung in familienergänzenden Betreuung
  • mit Vorteil Berufserfahrung im hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich (Kochen)

Wir sind eine grosse Schulgemeinde in Zürich-Nord mit 18 Schulen. Wir leiten unsere pädagogische Haltung vom Konzept der Neuen Autorität ab und begegnen so den täglichen Herausforderungen im Schulalltag gemeinsam und wirkungsvoll.

Die Stadt Zürich ist in 7 Schulkreise gegliedert. Der Schulkreis Zürich-Glattal umfasst die Quartiere Affoltern, Seebach und Oerlikon und zählt rund 6500 schulpflichtige Kinder. Seit dem Jahr 2002 sind alle unsere 18 Schulen geleitet. Sämtliche Horte sind jeweils einer Schuleinheit zugeordnet. Die Horte, welche zu einer Schuleinheit gehören, werden von einer Leitung Betreuung geführt.

Der Mittag- /Abendhort Kolbenacker Ettenfeld gehört zur Schule Kolbenacker in Zürich Seebach. In diesem Hort werden täglich bis zu 30 Schülerinnen und Schüler vom Kindergarten verpflegt und betreut. Der Kinderhort ist von Montag bis Freitag von 11.55 bis 18.00 Uhr geöffnet.
