The posting

Für die seit August 2023 neue gesamtstädtische Organisationseinheit der Schulsozialarbeit, welche Teil des Fachressorts Kinder- und Jugendhilfe der Sozialen Dienste, suchen wir zur Erbringung der Leistungen der Schulsozialarbeit im Schulkreis Schwamendingen, im Schulhaus Saatlen per 1. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung ein neues Teammitglied.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie beraten und begleiten Kinder und Eltern aus verschiedenen Kulturkreisen.
  • Sie unterstützen die Schulleitung und das Schulpersonal der beiden Schulhäuser bei sozialen Fragen.
  • Sie erarbeiten gezielte Massnahmen sowie Lösungen zu Themen wie Kinderschutz, Mobbing, Gewalt und Sucht.
  • Sie initiieren schulinterne und schulübergreifende Projekte.
  • Sie stellen den Informationsfluss zwischen Schule, Sozialzentrum und privaten Institutionen sicher.
  • Im Saatlen ist die Schulsozialarbeit bereits seit Jahren etabliert.

Profil ##

  • Sie bringen einen Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit mit. Ein CAS in Schulsozialarbeit ist von Vorteil
  • Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung in Schulsozialarbeit oder im Bereich Jugend- und Familienhilfe
  • Sie arbeiten gerne interdisziplinär, vernetzt und ressourcenorientiert
  • Sie sind eine offene, kontaktfreudige und selbständige Persönlichkeit und gehen souverän mit Veränderungen um
  • Das Saatlen wird zu einem der grössten Bildungszentren der Stadt Zürich und befindet sich aktuell im Umbau. Sie haben Interesse die Kinder und Jugendlichen sowie das Schulteam bei dieser Entwicklung zu begleiten und im Bereich der SSA mitzugestalten
