Die Stadtgemeinde Gänserndorf ist eine sehr dynamische Bezirkshauptstadt und verfügt über zahlreiche Freizeit-, Sport- und Kultureinrichtungen. Mit mehr als 200 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter verwalten wir die öffentlichen Gebäude und Einrichtungen und sorgen uns um das Wohl der rund 13.000 Gemeinde-bürgerinnen und Gemeindebürger.

Um die positive Entwicklung unserer Stadt voranzutreiben, suchen wir eine/einen 1 Horterzieherin/Horterzieher

ab Dezember 2026 25 Stunden pro Woche

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du betreust in der eigenen Gruppe Schulkinder der Volksschule Gänserndorf nach Unterrichtsende.

* Du gestaltest und verantwortest die Erziehungs- und Bildungsarbeit in der eigenen Gruppe.

* Du sorgst für ein gutes Lern- und Betreuungsklima.

* Du führst die Kommunikation mit den Eltern und Bildungspartnern.

Wir freuen uns auf dich, wenn:

* du über eine pädagogische Ausbildung (z.B. Ausbildung im Bereich Freizeitpädagogik, Sozialpädagogik, Kindergarten-/Elementar- /Hortpädagogik, Lehramt) verfügst,

* du einen vertrauensvollen und verantwortungsbewussten Umgang mit Schulkindern und Eltern hast,

* du über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse verfügst und

* dir das Wohl der Kinder am Herzen liegt.

Entlohnung:

Bruttomindestgehalt bei 25 Std./Woche ab € 1.961/Monat. Die Anstellung und Entlohnung sind abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. (gem. NÖ Gemeinde-Bedienstetengesetz 2025)
