Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreportings sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts sowie kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Finanzplanungen
  • Analyse, Interpretation und Aufbereitung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen als Grundlage für unternehmerische Entscheidungen
  • Analyse energiewirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen und regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des unternehmensweiten Berichtswesens
  • Erstellung von Wirtschafts-, Budget- und Investitionsplänen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung interner Controlling-Prozesse und -Systeme
  • Einführung, Pflege und Optimierung von Controlling-Tools und Softwarelösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen zur Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Datenbasis und Berichterstattung

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finanzwesen oder Unternehmenscontrolling
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Energieversorgung sowie Kenntnisse energiewirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen, Prozesse und Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung, Investitionsrechnung sowie Finanzplanung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP/R3; Erfahrungen mit Kosy Enterprise sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke verbunden mit einer lösungsorientierten Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
