IHRE AUFGABEN - VIELSEITIG UND VERANTWORTUNGSVOLL:

  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Heizungsanlagen und deren Komponenten
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsaufträgen im Bereich der Haustechnik
  • Betreuung und Betrieb von durch Fernwärme versorgten Heizungsanlagen
  • Umbau- und Modernisierungsarbeiten an Fern- und Nahwärmeanlagen
  • Teilnahme am turnusmäßigen Bereitschaftsdienst

IHR PROFIL - QUALIFIZIERT UND ENGAGIERT

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Gas- und Wasserinstallateur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Hohes handwerkliches Geschick sowie Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
