  • Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Administration des ERP-Systems (User, Rollen, Berechtigungen, Module, Parameter)
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Prozessen, Anforderungen und Tests
  • Einrichtung und Optimierung von Modulen, Stammdaten, Formularen und Workflows
  • Fehleranalyse sowie 1st/2nd-Level-Support inkl. Ticketkoordination
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Systemtests sowie Release-/Update-Prüfungen
  • Schnittstellenmanagement und Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Prozessdokumentationen
  • Anwenderschulungen und Support
  • Mitarbeit in Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische/IT-Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in ERP-Administration (Customizing, Berechtigungen, Tests/Updates)
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstark und souverän in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen Erfahrung mit Schleupen Alternativ mit SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central, Navision, Wilken oder vergleichbaren ERPSystemen
  • Technische Kenntnisse (von Vorteil):SQL Grundlagen, Reporting/BI (z. B. Power BI) Verständnis von Schnittstellen (REST/SOAP, CSV), IT Security & Datenschutz-Basics Grundkenntnisse zur NIS2 Richtlinie sowie Anforderungen an IT Sicherheit und Compliance in KRITIS/energiewirtschaftlichen Kontexten Sicherer Umgang mit modernen KI Tools (z. B. zur Analyse, Dokumentation, Prozessunterstützung) Vorteilhaft: Grundkenntnisse in energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen
