Stellvertr. Betriebsleitung WELLNEUSS (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Hauptaufgaben und Tätigkeitsfelder:

Ständige Vertretung / delegierte Verantwortung für definierte Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung in der Planung, Organisation, Budgetierung, Kostenkalkulation, Marketing und Controlling des Betriebes
  • Unterstützung beim Beschwerdemanagement und Bearbeitung elektronischer Kundenbefragungen in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Umsetzung der Servicephilosophie und Betreuung von Pressevertretern, Fremdfirmen, Besichtigungsgruppen und anderen Gästen in enger Abstimmung mit der Unternehmenskommunikation und der Geschäftsleitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards, Sauberkeit und Kundenservice in Verbindung eines effizienten und nachhaltigen Ressourceneinsatzes
  • Koordinations- und Kommunikationsschnittstelle für Top-Down und Bottom-Up Prozesse
  • Nachweisführung sowie Berichterstattung an die Betriebsleitung

Stellvertretende Funktion bei Abwesenheit des Betriebsleiters:

  • Übernahme aller Verpflichtungen, Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten der Betriebsleistung in dessen Vertretung
  • Eigenverantwortlich für die Überwachung und operative Steuerung der gesamten betrieblichen Abläufe
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitszeiten, Arbeitsschutz, Unfallverhütungs- und Brandschutzvorschriften, Betriebs-, Arbeits- und Verfahrensanweisungen
  • Sicherstellung von reibungslosen Abläufen, Fehleranalysen, Behebung von Störungen, Schnittstellenkoordination und Prozessoptimierung
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Personalführung sowie Disposition und Abwesenheitsplanung der Mitarbeitenden der Bereiche WELLNEUSS und Unterhaltung
  • Teammotivation, Beseitigung von Betriebsstörungen und Schulung der Mitarbeiter
  • Überwachung der Eintritts- und Kassenabrechnung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Wirtschaftsplans
  • Nachweisführung sowie Berichterstattung direkt an die Geschäftsführung

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Stellvertretung wäre von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ein Gespür für betriebswirtschaftliche Vorgänge, sowie Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick und eine hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Kenntnisse über Kassen- und Abrechnungssysteme (Eccos und Bädersuite) sowie SAP sind von Vorteil
