Wir suchen für unseren Kunden im Raum Hartberg für eine Festanstellung einen 1 Housekeeping Lead

Aufgaben:

· Führung, Koordination und Motivation des Housekeeping-Teams

· Erstellung von Dienst- und Tagesplänen sowie aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Bereich

· Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Qualität von Gästezimmern, Schlafbereichen und öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten

· Durchführung regelmäßiger Qualitäts- und Zimmerkontrollen

· Koordination der Zimmerreinigung in Abstimmung mit der Rezeption

· Verwaltung und Bestellung von Reinigungsmitteln, Wäsche und Gästeartikeln

· Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Arbeitsstandards, Checklisten und Einschulungsmaßnahmen

· Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Ressourceneinsatzes

· Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Rezeption, Technik und Hotelmanagement

Profil:

· Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Housekeeping, idealerweise in der gehobenen Hotellerie

· Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, beispielsweise als Hausdame, Etagenhausdame oder Supervisor

· Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein gutes Auge für Details

· Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

· Freude an der Führung, Anleitung und Motivation eines Teams

· Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse oder weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

· Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen im Rahmen eines Dienstplans
