Sales & Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to lead a growing team and drive business expansion. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, coaching team members and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.
  • Develop practical sales strategies and initiatives to grow the client base and revenue.
  • Coach team members through their sales activities, client engagement and overall performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets for growth.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, guidance and support.
  • Review sales activities, performance results and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with management to implement new business initiatives and improve sales performance.
  • Stay updated on market developments, industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare regular sales updates and performance reports for management.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, business development, relationship management or team leadership.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets or business objectives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in leading, coaching and motivating others.
  • Commercially driven with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Positive, energetic and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Candidates with experience in financial services, banking, insurance, property or other sales-related industries will have an advantage.
