Staffing Proxy is partnering with Duncan Regional Hospital (DRH) to find a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Audiologist to join their growing team. DRH is a non-profit, community hospital that blends high-quality care with small-town values. While this is a hospital setting, the environment is cohesive and collaborative—leadership is visible, the CEO is deeply involved with providers, and everyone shares one goal: to improve access to care for their rural community. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to build long-term relationships, grow with an expanding audiology department, and make a meaningful impact on children and families throughout southern Oklahoma. Position Overview: In this role, you’ll specialize in the assessment and management of pediatric patients, from newborns through adolescents. Your work will focus on early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing disorders to ensure each child reaches their full communication potential. Clinical services include newborn hearing follow-ups, diagnostic ABR testing, OAE, VRA/CPA, tympanometry, and speech audiometry. You’ll also perform pediatric hearing aid fittings and verifications, provide counseling and education to parents and caregivers, and coordinate closely with pediatricians, ENTs, and speech-language pathologists to support holistic, family-centered care. Although the primary focus is pediatrics, you’ll also assist with select adult diagnostics as needed and contribute to DRH’s growing audiology program as it prepares for expansion into a new, dedicated clinic space. A This position is ideal for an audiologist who’s passionate about pediatric care, enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration, and wants to make a tangible difference in a community-based hospital setting.
