The posting

  • Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm
  • Location: Ubi, Singapore
  • Basic Salary: $2800 to $3500 per month
  • OT + Team Incentives + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • 14 days AL + 1 days Birthday Leave

Core Responsibilities

  • Assess vehicle damage with the Claims Advisor and carry out body and structural repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, welding, chassis alignment, and frame repairs.
  • Operate specialised tools, jigs, fixtures, and computerised measuring equipment to perform repairs according to approved repair methods.
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality standards before handing vehicles over to the next stage of the repair process.
  • Complete repair work within the stipulated turnaround time while maintaining high workmanship standards.
  • Monitor repair progress, report additional damage beyond the original repair scope, and highlight potential delays to the Claims Advisor or Supervisor.
  • Handle customer vehicles with care by using protective covers and safeguarding valuables found during repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
  • Comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and report unsafe conditions or faulty equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, assist team members when required, and perform other duties assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in automotive body repair or panel beating.
  • Able to carry out major structural repairs, including chassis and frame repairs.
  • A good team player with a positive working attitude.
  • Able to multitask effectively with good time-management skills.
