Responsibilities

  • Manage the full procurement cycle from Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) closure.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
  • Prepare quotation summaries and purchase orders for management approval.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to vessels worldwide.
  • Review delivery documents and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Maintain supplier relationships, support tender exercises, and assist with procurement process improvements.
