StaffMill Oy (https://www.staffmill.fi/) etsii nyt asiakkaalleen ammattitaitoista hitsaajaa kokoaikaiseen ja määräaikaiseen työsuhteeseen Varkauteen! Tarjoamme sinulle mahdollisuuden työskennellä monipuolisessa tehtävässä vähintään vuoden 2026 loppuun saakka. Työ on luonteeltaan kaksivuorotyötä.

Työpäiväsi koostuvat pääasiassa mustan raudan hitsauksesta, jossa materiaalivahvuudet vaihtelevat 3 millimetristä aina 200 millimetriin saakka. Työssä hyödynnät sujuvasti erilaisia hitsausmenetelmiä, luet teknisiä piirustuksia ja noudatat tarkasti annettuja hitsausohjeita. Vastaat työssäsi itsenäisesti hitsaussaumojen laadusta ja laadunvarmistuksesta. Tavoitteena on aina huolellinen ja laadukas lopputulos.

Mitä odotamme sinulta?

  • Vähintään muutaman vuoden työkokemus hitsauksesta sekä vahva ammatillinen osaaminen
  • Kokemusta MIG/MAG- ja TIG-hitsauksesta
  • Alalle soveltuva koulutus, esimerkiksi levyseppähitsaajan koulutus
  • Oma-aloitteinen, tarkka ja huolellinen työote
  • Kyky työskennellä itsenäisesti ja vastuullisesti
  • Hyvä suomen kielen taito
  • Voimassa olevat hitsausluokat tai valmius suorittaa tarvittavat hitsausluokat
  • Voimassa olevat työturvallisuus- ja tulityökortit (avustamme tarvittaessa korttien suorittamisessa tai päivittämisessä)
