Starker Auftritt - dein Job im Detail:

  • Du planst, strukturierst und steuerst ausgewählte bereichsübergreifende Projekte von A bis Z. In diesem Zusammenhang erstellst du quartalsweise Forecasts und koordinierst Kosten, Termine und Projektressourcen.
  • Du schaffst Transparenz über Meilensteine, Abhängigkeiten, offene Entscheidungen und Maßnahmen und bereitest den Projektstatus für interne wie externe Stakeholder auf.
  • Du entwickelst integrierte Geschäftsmodelle, Szenarien und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen für neue Shows, Standorte, Formate und weitere strategische Investitionen.
  • Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Unternehmensanalysen fallen in dein Aufgabenbereich. Daraus leitest du konkrete Handlungsoptionen ab.
  • Du konzipierst und organisierst Offsites, Führungskräfteformate, Workshops und weitere Managementveranstaltungen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Finance, Commercial, Operations, Production, People & Culture sowie internationalen Kolleg:innen zusammen und bringst unterschiedliche Perspektiven zum bigger picture zusammen.

Deine Eintrittskarte - dein Können und Talent:

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling, Strategie oder Corporate Finance.
  • Du hast bereits relevante Berufserfahrung, z.B. im Inhouse Consulting, Projektmanagement, oder ähnlichem gesammelt.
  • Dich zeichnen sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Sicherheit in Business Modelling, Szenarioanalysen und der Interpretation finanzieller Kennzahlen aus.
  • Du bist ein Profi mit PowerPoint, Excel und gängigen KI-Modellen. Komplexe Inhalte bereitest du zielgruppengerecht auf und präsentierst sie.
  • Du bist mit Projektmanagementmethoden vertraut und hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Terminen, Ressourcen, Budgets, Risiken und Stakeholdern.
  • Neben dem analytischen Talent ist Organisation dein zweites Steckenpferd. Du übernimmst die Organisation von Offsites, Workshops und Managementformaten.
  • Dein Auftreten ist jederzeit souverän, deine Kommunikation ist klar, und Diskretion und Verbindlichkeit wird bei dir großgeschrieben.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
