Applications are now open for our Parish Pathways scholarship program St Agnes' Catholic Parish is offering four scholarships to support students pursuing careers in nursing or early childhood education. These scholarships will provide financial assistance, practical industry experience, and the opportunity to commence a rewarding career with one of the region's largest care and community service organisations. CONDITIONS
Be studying or planning to study full-time or part-time Be living in the Port Macquarie Hastings Region Be enrolled or intending to enrol into an approved degree Not a current scholarship recipient Complete the required practical placements within one of our aged care facilities or early childhood education centres (where possible) Maintain post-graduate employment with St Agnes’ Catholic Parish for a specified period (12 months full-time or part-time equivalent)
HOW TO APPLY

COVER LETTER APPLICATION QUESTIONS
Your name and contact information. Degree you intend to study or are studying. Name of university you are enrolled at/will be enrolled at. Provide a personal introductory statement which includes why you are applying for the scholarship and what you hope to achieve in the future through the completion of your degree. Provide information about any non-academic contribution you have made to your school or community. This may include any volunteer work, casual jobs or sporting involvement. Demonstrate your personal resilience and commitment to your studies or work. Either:
Outline an example of an obstacle you have experienced and overcome or; Describe your strengths and skills that you could draw on if you were to experience an unexpected problem.
Provide information about any academic achievement, other special achievement, developed skill set, talent or award that you would like to bring to the attention of the scholarship selection committee.
