STAHEL Personal AG sucht für ein etabliertes Unternehmen in der Region Reiden LU eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Leiter Technik 100% (m/w/d).

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die technische Gesamtverantwortung und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und technischen Standards aktiv mit.

Aufgaben

  • Führung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung des technischen Teams von 8 Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für die technische Verfügbarkeit, Instandhaltung und Optimierung der Anlagen
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungs\-, Reparatur\- und Investitionsprojekten
  • Verantwortung des Materialeinkauf und der Lagerbewirtschaftung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts\-, Sicherheits\- und Umweltvorgaben
  • Budgetverantwortung und Kostenkontrolle im technischen Bereich
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, Lieferanten und externen Partnern
  • Weiterentwicklung technischer Prozesse, Standards und Dokumentationen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Sie verstehen betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und sind zahlenaffin
  • Affinität und Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden technischen Funktion ist ein Muss
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Instandhaltung, Anlagenmanagement und technischer Projektleitung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches, lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise in relevanten technischen Systemen
