Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir im Zuge einer Nachbesetzung für unser Team einen

Fertigungsplaner (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • In Ihrer Funktion als Fertigungsplaner (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Disposition von Rohmaterialien, Halbfertig- und Fertigerzeugnissen (Primär- und Sekundärbedarfsplanung) für den Produktbereich Kaltband / Stabstahl zuständig
  • Sie steuern eigenständig und planmäßig die Fertigungsaufträge, geben diese frei und erstellen die dazugehörigen Arbeitspapiere
  • Sie überwachen kontinuierlich laufende Betriebsaufträge, Nacharbeiten, Termine und Mengen
  • Die Grobplanung sowie gezielte Optimierung der Anlagenauslastung gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
  • Sie erstellen und pflegen eigenverantwortlich Stücklisten und Arbeitspläne in unserem ERP-System proAlpha
  • Sie führen aktiv engmaschige Kontrollen von Rohmaterial, Halbfertigfabrikaten, WIP-Beständen (Work-in-Progress) und Sicherheitsbeständen durch
  • Für die Ermittlung von Rückständen erstellen Sie regelmäßig diverse Statistiken, analysieren Kennzahlen und leiten Maßnahmen daraus ab
  • Sie haben Spaß im Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten und führen Auftragsvor- und Angebotskalkulationen durch
  • Die Bearbeitung von Produktanfragen in enger Abstimmung mit der Qualitätssicherung sowie die aktive Mitarbeit bei der Inventur gehören ebenso zu Ihren Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine für die Tätigkeit relevante technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabengebiet eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Sie bringen tiefgehendes Fachwissen aus der Produktionsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Disposition mit und kennen sich im Produktbereich Kaltband und Stabstahl aus
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen, idealerweise in proAlpha und haben eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität für Statistiken und Kalkulationen
  • Sie durchdringen komplexe Prozesse schnell, planen vorausschauend und sichern durch Ihre präzise Arbeitsweise unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Sie sind ein absoluter Teamplayer (m/w/d) und zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke für die erfolgreiche Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen aus
