About the Role:

Join one of India's fastest-growing retail SaaS companies! We're looking for ambitious and proactive sales professionals to help us expand our footprint across India.

As a field-based sales executive, you'll be responsible for promoting our POS and Retail SaaS solution — covering billing, accounting, inventory, and payroll — to retail businesses and helping them transition from offline to digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to local retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Pitch and sell our SaaS-based POS software to small and medium businesses.
  • Convert traditional businesses into modern digital-first operations.
  • Provide live software demos and basic product training to clients.
  • Build a strong sales funnel and achieve monthly targets.
  • Ensure post-sale client satisfaction and support handover.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of field sales experience (Retail Tech / POS / SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Must have a laptop and two-wheeler for daily field travel.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Local language proficiency is a plus.
