DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Planung & Publishing: Unterstützung bei der Betreuung unserer Kundenkanäle (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) inklusive einfachem Community Management
  • Redaktion & Copywriting: Mitwirkung beim Verfassen plattformgerechter Texte
  • Prompting & Content-Automation: Nutzung von Tools wie ChatGPT zur Unterstützung bei Texterstellung, Strukturierung und Effizienzsteigerung
  • Content-Ideen & Redaktionsplanung: Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Formatideen, Themenplanung und Timing in Zusammenarbeit mit Creation & Strategie
  • KPI-Analyse & Reporting: Unterstützung beim Performance-Tracking und bei der Ableitung erster Learnings
  • Trendbeobachtung: Recherche und Aufbereitung aktueller Social-Media-Trends, Formate und Plattformmechaniken
  • Creator-Management (operativ): Unterstützung bei der Recherche und Ansprache passender Creator auf Basis von Briefings
  • Paid Social Support: Unterstützung bei Planung, Set-up und Optimierung kleiner Paid-Social-Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem Media-Team
  • Projektkoordination: Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung von Timings, To-dos und Aufgaben im Team
  • Projektorganisation: Mitarbeit bei der Pflege von Timelines, Übersichten und Status-Updates

DEIN PROFIL

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Studium, Projekte, Praktika oder eigene Social-Media-Aktivitäten
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Social-Media-Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok und LinkedIn
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Analyse- oder Publishing-Tools (z. B. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Notion) von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Content-Workflows von der Planung bis zum Publishing
  • Gutes Sprachgefühl und Freude am Schreiben von Social-Media-Texten
  • Analytisches Grundverständnis und Interesse an KPIs, Daten und Performance-Analysen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Motivation, Kreativität und Lernbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie klare und offene Kommunikation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
