Liderar o desenvolvimento, crescimento e optimização do portfólio de Merchant Solutions do Banco, assegurando a expansão da base de comerciantes, aumento da utilização dos canais de coleta digital, crescimento sustentável das receitas e disponibilização de soluções inovadoras que respondam às necessidades dos clientes e às tendências do mercado.

Qualificações

Qualificações

  • Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Finanças, Comércio ou área afim.
  • Pós-graduação em Gestão, Comércio, Finanças ou área relacionada.

Experiência Requerida

Banca de Relacionamento (Cobertura de Clientes) | Banca Empresarial e Comercial

  • Mínimo de 3 a 5 anos de experiência em Gestão de Produtos, Merchant Acquiring, Pagamentos Digitais, Cartões, POS, Canais Electrónicos ou Desenvolvimento de Negócios;
  • Conhecimento sólido do mercado de pagamentos electrónicos, adquirência, POS, QR Code, e-Commerce e soluções digitais de aceitação;
  • Fluente em Português e Inglês (falado e escrito);
  • Conhecimento profundo de produtos bancários, pricing, análise financeira e rentabilidade;
  • Experiência em gestão de stakeholders internos e externos;
  • Conhecimentos de gestão de projectos e implementação de soluções digitais;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e interpretação de dados de negócio;
