Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem*einer hoch motivierten Recruiter*in. Du bist die erste Ebene in unserem Bestreben, die besten und klügsten Mitarbeiter*innen zu finden.

  • Du entwickelst Rekrutierungsziele und -vorgaben (z.B. die Anzahl der beschafften Kandidat*innen, pro Woche eingesehene Lebensläufe usw.)
  • Du durchsuchst die Lebenslaufdatenbanken nach den am besten geeigneten Kandidat*innen.
  • Du kommunizierst mit einstellenden Manager*innen, um die Wirksamkeit von Rekrutierungsplänen und deren Umsetzung zu ermitteln.
  • Du entwirfst Stellenbeschreibungen und korrigierst sie.
  • Du recherchierst und empfiehlst neue Quellen für die aktive und passive Kandidat*innen-Rekrutierung.
  • Du baust Netzwerke auf, um qualifizierte aktive und passive Kandidat*innen zu finden.
  • Du veröffentlichst Stellenangebote auf Jobbörsen und anderen für die Position geeigneten Kanälen.
  • Du überprüfst Bewerber*innen, um zu beurteilen, ob sie die Stellenanforderungen erfüllen.
  • Du leitest die Lebensläufe qualifizierter Bewerber*innen an den*die Einstellungsmanager*in weiter.
  • Du interviewst Kandidat*innen mit den geeigneten Methoden und Rahmenbedingungen.
  • Du bereitest wöchentliche Berichte für abgeschlossene und laufende Aufgaben vor.
