We operate with the strength of a $3B company paired with the agility of a specialized dams group, to deliver some of the most iconic and cutting-edge projects around the world. • Embankment, Concrete & RCC Dams
  • Hydraulic Structures including Spillways and Outlet Works
  • Tunnels & Shafts for Pipelines

The Stantec internship program is a great opportunity for students to prepare for a career in engineering while getting paid. We provide real hands-on experience and project-related work opportunities to help students connect their studies into a new context - the business environment. It is an excellent opportunity to build relationships and learn from respected figures in the industry while gaining a better understanding of the big picture of things. Candidates that successfully complete the Stantec internship program are well-positioned to pursue further opportunities within the company.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
