A Stapf Consultoria RH está apoiando uma empresa do segmento de Varejo, com atuação consolidada e forte presença regional, na contratação de um Analista de Folha de Pagamento Pleno. O profissional será responsável por garantir o correto processamento da folha de pagamento dos colaboradores, assegurando o cumprimento das obrigações legais e trabalhistas.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar o cálculo e processamento da folha de pagamento
  • Elaborar e conferir os encargos sociais e trabalhistas
  • Realizar a entrega das obrigações acessórias, tais como eSocial e DIRF
  • Atuar no atendimento aos colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre a folha de pagamento
  • Participar de auditorias internas e externas relacionadas à folha de pagamento

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia na área de folha de pagamento, encargos.
  • Conhecimento sólido em legislação trabalhista e previdenciária
  • Domínio de sistemas de folha de pagamento
  • Excel avançado
  • Formação superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas relacionadas

Local de Trabalho: São Paulo, Zona Central.
