As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level support to senior leaders, serving as a trusted partner who helps drive organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, handling confidential information with discretion, and supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by coordinating critical business activities and enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior executives to ensure efficient department operations.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and executive time management activities.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for executives and departmental teams.
  • Develop and maintain templates for departmental correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Track, process, and report expenses related to executive and departmental activities.
  • Manage incoming communications, prioritize requests, and route inquiries appropriately.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business materials for executive leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics and support for department events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative responsibilities independently while supporting departmental objectives.

What's needed - Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience creating and maintaining business correspondence and document templates.
  • Experience with executive calendar management and scheduling.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and business communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities with minimal supervision.

What's needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or professional certification in Administrative Services, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience leading workgroups, coordinating support activities, or mentoring junior staff.
  • Advanced certification in administrative management.
  • Experience using project management tools and event planning software.
  • Experience supporting executive-level leaders in a corporate environment.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
