In this role, you will lead platform product strategy for capabilities that enable scalable multi-tenant and multi-channel commerce, improve platform adoption, and deliver measurable business value. You will translate complex business and technical needs into actionable platform strategies, product investments, governance models, and reusable capabilities that support current and future growth.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of commerce, platform architecture, data, automation, and stakeholder influence. You will work across senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape platform direction, prioritize investments, and ensure technology decisions translate into stronger customer, associate, and business outcomes.

This role will require the incumbent to work out of our Framingham, MA HQ facility on a 4-day/week hybrid schedule. We are open to considering candidates willing to relocate to within a commutable distance to our facility and may be able to assist with relocation costs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define platform capabilities, priorities, and investment trade-offs that support scalable multi-tenant and multi-channel commerce operations.
  • Establish governance frameworks for platform configuration, tenant management, role-based access controls, and reusable service development.
  • Lead the evolution of APIs, integrations, data contracts, and extensibility frameworks as strategic platform products that enable growth and interoperability.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, AI, and business teams to translate complex business needs into scalable platform solutions and product requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and intelligent workflow capabilities to improve operational efficiency, user productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Define adoption strategies, success metrics, governance standards, and performance expectations for emerging platform capabilities and technologies.
  • Build and maintain measurement frameworks, KPIs, service-level objectives, and operational metrics to evaluate platform performance and business value.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform scalability, reliability, adoption, and cost efficiency across channels, tenants, and business units.
  • Lead highly visible cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives, influencing priorities and outcomes across matrixed stakeholder groups.
  • Provide platform expertise and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support technology investment decisions and long-term business planning.
  • Mentor product managers and key stakeholders while fostering best practices in product strategy, platform management, innovation, and customer-centric decision-making.

What you bring to the table:

  • Platform product leadership with the ability to define strategy, prioritize investments, and drive execution across complex ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to connect platform decisions to growth opportunities, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and measurable business value.
  • Strong cross-functional influence, with the ability to build alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Commercial, and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Technical and systems thinking, including an understanding of platform architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, scalability considerations, and reusable service models.
  • Innovation mindset, with curiosity around emerging technologies, AI, automation, and intelligent workflows that can improve business performance.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data, business insights, and structured thinking to evaluate trade-offs and guide product decisions.
  • Clear written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts to executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment where direct reporting relationships may not exist.

  • Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, platform strategies, and cross-functional priorities.
  • Experience working with platform architectures, APIs, integrations, event-driven systems, data contracts, or scalability models.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel commerce, marketplace platforms or digital commerce solutions.
  • Experience using data, KPIs, and business metrics to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives across matrixed organizations and driving outcomes through influence.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
