The posting

WHO

We are working with a leading US-headquartered international law firm with offices across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The firm is known for its top-tier capital markets, M&A, and private equity practice. We are looking for a Document Processing Specialist to join their Singapore office, reporting into a broader US-based document production team as part of a follow-the-sun support model.

WHAT

This is a specialist document production role for someone who knows Microsoft Word inside out. You will be responsible for formatting, amending, and producing complex legal documents including prospectuses, transaction agreements, and court filings to exacting firm standards. The work is precision-driven and cannot be automated — the firm uses a hands-on, manual approach to document formatting because the quality bar is simply too high for automated tools. You will need genuine expertise in Word formatting (styles, numbering, tables, cross-referencing) and ideally familiarity with Edgar for US securities filings. The role works a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule to align with the US team, and you will sit a two-hour practical assessment as part of the interview process to demonstrate speed, accuracy, and tool proficiency.

YOU

You must have substantial experience as a word processing operator, document specialist, or legal secretary within a professional services environment, with deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Word. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and accurately under time pressure — speed, tool knowledge, and precision are the three things that matter most. Familiarity with Edgar filing systems is strongly preferred. The firm offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package. This role is based in the office with flexibility on shift timing (either 12pm to 8pm or 9:30am to 6pm, Wednesday through Sunday).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
