Position: Assistant Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Machine Operator.

Job Summary: As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of our production machinery. You will work closely with our experienced machine operators to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our equipment. This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery Monitor machines for proper functioning and make adjustments as needed Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance Communicate any issues or concerns to the machine operators and supervisors Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
