Position: Business Development Executive/Sales

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for building relationships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the staffing or HR industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • UAE driving license and own car is a plus
