Position: Construction Engineer - Civil

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Engineer - Civil to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. This is a great opportunity for a talented individual who is looking to advance their career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and manage construction projects from start to finish - Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes - Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met - Review and approve project plans, specifications, and cost estimates - Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed - Supervise and mentor junior engineers and construction workers - Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets project specifications and standards - Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process - Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in construction technology and materials

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in the civil sector - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes - Proficiency in project management software and tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Valid professional engineering license is preferred but not required
