Position: Maintenance Planning Officer (Electrical)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Planning Officer (Electrical) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans for our clients' electrical systems. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance plans for clients' electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations - Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements - Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to their operations - Monitor and track maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment downtime, and repair costs - Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history - Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and operations, to ensure timely availability of necessary equipment and materials for maintenance activities - Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures - Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance activities - Provide regular reports and updates to management on maintenance activities, costs, and any potential issues or risks

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning for electrical systems - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and industry regulations - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and make recommendations based on findings - Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy
