Position: Microsoft System and Support Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft System and Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies and be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our clients' systems.

Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft operating systems, including Windows Server and Windows 10 - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft systems, applications, and network connectivity - Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements - Implement security measures and ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates - Collaborate with other team members to design and implement new solutions for clients - Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft systems and applications - Document all system changes and updates for future reference - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a managed services environment - Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 - Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V - Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MCSA) are a plus
