Position: NDT Technician

Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of engineering and technical services in the Oil & Gas industry. We specialize in providing high-quality solutions to our clients, and our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional results. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking experienced NDT Technicians to join our team.

Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects. The successful candidate will be required to work on a rotational basis, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description: As an NDT Technician, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing on pipelines and equipment to ensure they meet industry standards and regulations. You will be required to perform a variety of NDT techniques, including ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and radiographic testing. Your main duties will include:

  • Conducting NDT inspections on pipelines, equipment, and structures according to established procedures and standards
  • Interpreting and evaluating test results to determine the integrity and quality of materials
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections, test results, and other relevant documentation
  • Identifying and reporting any defects or abnormalities found during inspections
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure all NDT activities are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements: - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects - Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory - Strong understanding of NDT techniques and methods - Certification in NDT methods such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and radiographic testing - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations - Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical data - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions - Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions - Willingness to work on a rotational basis and travel to different project sites as required
