  • Respond promptly to breakdown, malfunction, or stranded-vehicle alerts in the field.
  • Travel to the vehicle's location to perform on-site diagnosis and basic troubleshooting.

  • Perform routine and corrective repairs on delivery vehicles/robots (mechanical, electrical, or component-level, as trained/authorised).
  • Diagnose recurring faults and escalate to technical/engineering teams when specialist support is required.
  • Maintain accurate repair logs, parts usage records, and vehicle service history.

3. Exterior Maintenance & Coating

  • Carry out exterior upkeep of vehicles, including body condition checks, minor touch-ups, and coating/wrap maintenance.
  • Identify and report damage (scratches, dents, wrap/decal wear) and coordinate repair or replacement as needed.
  • Ensure vehicles meet the company's visual/brand presentation standards.

4. Cleaning

  • Perform regular interior and exterior cleaning of delivery vehicles/robots.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in line with company SOPs, especially for customer-facing units.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Coordinate with staging/charging site staff and the operations team to schedule vehicle downtime efficiently.
  • Prepare periodic reports on incident volume, repair turnaround time, and recurring issues.
  • Diploma, vocational qualification, or equivalent in automotive/mechanical/electrical maintenance preferred; relevant hands-on experience may substitute.
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance, roadside assistance, fleet servicing, or similar hands-on technical/field roles preferred.
  • Experience with electric vehicles, robotics, or autonomous vehicle systems is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory, for travel to breakdown/incident locations across Abu Dhabi.
  • Practical, hands-on troubleshooting and basic repair skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in the field under varying conditions.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with the operations team and report issues clearly.
  • Physically able to perform maintenance/cleaning tasks and handle basic tools/equipment.
  • Good working English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and safety-conscious.
  • Willing to work rotational/on-call shifts to respond to field incidents as needed.
  • Transportation allowance provided; other benefits per company policy.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
