Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Area Manager to join our team. The Senior Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple branches within a designated area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches within the designated area
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Manage and mentor branch managers to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present reports on branch performance, sales, and market trends to senior management
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple branches and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to travel within the designated area as needed
