Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical engineering projects within the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement electrical design concepts, specifications, and calculations for various projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other engineering disciplines.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any technical issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and other project documentation.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards.
  • Experience with project management and leading a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools.
