Wat ga je doen?

Als verpleegkundig specialist huisartsenzorg ben je een belangrijke spil in de dagelijkse zorgverlening. Je wordt als verpleegkundig specialist ingezet in huisartsenpraktijken in onze werkregio. Afhankelijk van jouw kennis, ervaring en expertise kun je, indien gewenst, ook ingezet worden voor onze interne organisatie, zoals voor diverse gespecialiseerde (urogynaecologische) functieonderzoeken.

Als verpleegkundig specialist in de huisartsenpraktijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen van medische zorg aan patiënten binnen de huisartsenpraktijk. Je voert zelfstandig consulten en visites en verzorgt de daarbij behorende verslaglegging. Daarnaast geef je voorlichting en adviezen aan patiënten binnen het eigen aandachtsgebied. Het aandachtsgebied wordt bepaald op basis van de benodigde expertise, praktijk, de wijk én jouw voorafgaande ervaring en affiniteit. Aandachtsgebieden zouden kunnen zijn, ouderenzorg, wondzorg, ADHD bij kinderen, urogynaecologie en dermatologie. Het kiezen van het aandachtsgebied is niet statisch en zo kan ervoor gekozen worden dat je je bekwaamt in een nieuw aandachtsgebied. Naast deze taken draag je ook bij aan de kwaliteit van zorg binnen de praktijk.

Kort samengevat verricht je de volgende (zorg) activiteiten:

  • Voeren van zelfstandig spreekuur;
  • Diagnostiek uitvoeren (zoals lichamelijk onderzoek, aanvragen van labonderzoek of beeldvorming);
  • Indiceren en uitvoeren van behandeling (bijv. voorschrijven van medicatie binnen eigen specialisme);
  • Opvang en beoordeling van spoed- en acute zorgvragen;
  • Consultatie en overdracht naar de huisarts of specialist indien nodig;
  • Intensief samenwerken met huisartsen en andere disciplines;
  • Meedenken over het optimaliseren van zorgprocessen;
  • Het verzorgen van rapportages;
  • Indien nodig bezoeken van patiënten aan huis.

Wanneer is dit iets voor jou?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundig specialist in de huisartsenzorg (Masteropleiding Advanced Nursing Practice (MANP);
  • Je vindt het leuk om de functie verder vorm te geven in onze organisatie en in de huisartsenpraktijken waar je wordt ingezet;
  • Je beschikt over medische en verpleegkundige kennis van veelvoorkomende aandoeningen in de eerstelijnszorg of hebt interesse om als VS de overstap te maken naar de eerstelijn;
  • Je hebt voldoende kennis van farmacologie en richtlijnen (NHG-standaarden, zorgstandaarden);
  • Je hebt voldoende kennis van wet- en regelgeving in de zorg (o.a. Wet BIG, WGBO, AVG);
  • Je bent in staat om klinisch te redeneren en zelfstandig diagnoses te stellen;
  • Je bent in staat om systematisch en methodisch te werken, ook in complexe situaties;
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: patiëntenvoorlichting, motiverende gespreksvoering, interprofessioneel overleg;
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig en in teamverband goed functioneren.

  • Veel aandacht voor scholing en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. In 2024 was er ruim één week aan leertijd per medewerker. Denk hierbij aan coaching, intervisie, kennisdeling en training & opleiding;
  • 144 vakantie-uren en 57 PLB-uren bij een fulltime (36-uur) dienstverband. PLB staat voor Persoonlijk LevensfaseBudget.
