The posting

Manager - Broker Account Monitoring

The manager works with Customers (existing and new), Brokers, aggregators and the operational, product and data teams at Star to streamline and optimize

· Broker Data Feed activation

· Feed data quality

· Account activation/de-activation

· Data ingestion monitoring and issue resolution

The position works cross functionally to ensure frictionless implementations, ongoing optimization and effortless maintenance of integrations to ingest transactions and holdings across asset classes. The objective is to transform broker account monitoring from an operating requirement to a meaningful competitive differentiator

Product

Skills and Experience

  • Experience within financial services, regtech, compliance, surveillance, or similarly regulated domains.
  • Strong commercial instincts — the ability to connect technical investment to customer value and business outcomes.
  • Experience of SaaS sales and an understanding of SaaS industry standards and sales approaches
  • Familiarity with compliance-led buying cycles influenced by regulatory pressure, risk mitigation and audit requirements.
