Du är generös både gällande kunskap och uppdrag och har integritet. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med Talent Management, där både bredd och/eller djup i dessa processer är viktigt.

Du är en god kommunikatör och trivs med att leda och prata inför grupp. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från att ha arbetat i moderna organisationsstrukturer, där digitalisering, självledarskap och självstyrande team är naturliga förhållningssätt.
