Du begeisterst dich für Software, IT und Technik und liebst es, anderen bei technischen Herausforderungen zu helfen? Idealerweise hat du bereits Erfahrung mit digitalen Kommunikationssystemen. Dann werde Teil des STARFACE-Teams und gestalte mit uns die Kommunikation der Zukunft!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung unserer Partner durch Mail, Telefon und Fernwartung
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung spannender technischer Herausforderungen rund um STARFACE UC-Produkte (VoIP, Linux, Netzwerk, VM)
  • Fehleranalyse, -reproduktion und -dokumentation in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, QA und 3rd Level
  • Bearbeitung von Tickets mit Jira
  • Wissensaustausch mit unseren Partnern durch Workshops und Vorträge

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung im Bereich IT/Telekommunikation oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im technischen Kundensupport
  • Netzwerkkenntnisse sowie idealerweise Linux-Erfahrung
  • Freude an der Kommunikation und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • ausgeprägter Servicegedanken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich/schriftlich)
