Join our team at Starling GMC - Titusville as an Automotive Sales Associate, where you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs. This position is based in Titusville, FL, and offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment in the automotive sales industry.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on vehicle options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Negotiate sale terms and finalize sales agreements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
