The posting

Dans le cadre de vontre fonction d'opérateur de production, vous serez en charges des tâches suivantes :

  • Piloter les différentes machines et installations industrielles utilisées dans le processus de production.
  • Assurer notamment la conduite d'une rame industrielle de séchage et de traitement du textile.
  • Effectuer les réglages nécessaires des équipements en fonction des ordres de production.
  • Préparer, alimenter et charger les machines et installations.
  • Surveiller les paramètres de fonctionnement des équipements pendant la production.
  • Contrôler visuellement et/ou selon les procédures les produits en cours de fabrication.
  • Adapter les paramètres de production lorsque cela est prévu par les instructions de travail.
  • Détecter et signaler rapidement toute anomalie de fonctionnement, défaut produit ou dérive du processus.
  • Effectuer les changements de production et les opérations nécessaires entre deux séries.
  • Participer aux opérations de manutention et de déplacement des matières et produits.
  • Utiliser un chariot élévateur lorsque nécessaire et dans le respect des autorisations et procédures applicables.
  • Effectuer les opérations de nettoyage, rangement et entretien courant des équipements.
  • Maintenir son poste de travail propre et organisé selon les principes 5S.
  • Compléter les documents de production, relevés de paramètres et documents de traçabilité.
  • Respecter strictement les procédures de sécurité, les instructions de travail et le port des EPI.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue du processus de production.

En tant qu'opérateur de production, vous avez les compétences suivantes :

  • Première expérience réussie dans un environnement industriel ou de production.
  • Vous êtes obligatoirement en possession d'un brevet cariste.
  • Expérience dans le pilotage de machines industrielles.
  • Capacité à comprendre et appliquer des instructions techniques et procédures de production.
  • Bonne capacité d'apprentissage pour maîtriser plusieurs équipements.
  • Rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
  • Ponctualité et fiabilité.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe dans une petite structure.
  • Bonne condition physique.
