The posting

Voor een veelzijdige administratieve functie binnen aankoop en voorraadbeheer zijn we op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en proactieve collega. Je zorgt ervoor dat producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn, volgt bestellingen op en ondersteunt een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende interne en externe partners.

  • Je bewaakt de voorraadniveaus en detecteert tijdig wanneer nieuwe bestellingen nodig zijn
  • Je plaatst aankooporders en volgt levertermijnen nauwgezet op
  • Je controleert inkomende leveringen op aantallen, prijzen en correctheid van de geleverde goederen
  • Je behandelt afwijkingen en neemt de nodige acties bij tekorten, fouten of vertragingen
  • Je analyseert voorraadgegevens en denkt mee over toekomstige aankoopbehoeften
  • Je helpt bij het bepalen en optimaliseren van voorraadparameters, bestelhoeveelheden en veiligheidsvoorraden
  • Je organiseert transportopdrachten wanneer nodig
  • Je onderhoudt een professionele relatie met leveranciers en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van gemaakte afspraken
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een vlotte goederen- en informatieflow te garanderen
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning binnen de aankoopafdeling, onder meer door het opmaken van rapporteringen en analyses
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie van geleverde diensten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking
  • Je ondersteunt klanten en leveranciers met rapportages, stockoverzichten, statistieken en andere administratieve taken
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bacheloropleiding en hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen een administratieve, commerciële functie in een logistieke omgeving
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring achter de rug en toont interesse in aankoop
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt mee in oplossingen en handelt proactief
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met zowel interne als externe contacten
  • Je functioneert goed zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels; Duits is een troef
  • Je bent vertrouwd met courante softwaretoepassingen en hebt een goede kennis van Excel
