Ben jij een commercieel talent met een passie voor verzekeringen en persoonlijk klantencontact? Wil je bouwen aan duurzame relaties en klanten begeleiden met professioneel advies op maat? Dan is deze functie als Adviseur Verzekeringen in Aalst misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Als Adviseur Verzekeringen ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere en professionele klanten. Je luistert naar hun behoeften, analyseert hun situatie en stelt de meest geschikte verzekeringsoplossingen voor.

Je staat in voor het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille. Daarnaast volg je dossiers nauwgezet op en zorg je voor een uitstekende dienstverlening. Dankzij jouw commerciële ingesteldheid spot je opportuniteiten en draag je bij aan de verdere groei van het kantoor.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Adviseren van klanten over verschillende verzekeringsproducten
  • Opstellen van offertes en polisvoorstellen
  • Beheren en opvolgen van bestaande verzekeringsdossiers
  • Uitbouwen van langdurige klantenrelaties
  • Actief detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij vragen en administratieve formaliteiten
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een optimale klantenservice te garanderen
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector of een financiële/commerciële omgeving of hebt een bachelor diploma behaald in deze richting.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en commercieel ingesteld
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan vlot met digitale toepassingen werken
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid om je verder te specialiseren
