Ben jij een ervaren logistieke professional met een passie voor internationale transportstromen, export en supply chain? In deze functie neem je de leiding over de expeditieafdeling en zorg je ervoor dat alle nationale en internationale zendingen correct, efficiënt en volgens de geldende wetgeving worden verwerkt. Daarnaast stuur je een team van transportplanners aan en bouw je actief mee aan de verdere optimalisatie van de afdeling.

  • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het volledige logistieke en administratieve proces van exportzendingen
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van exportdocumentatie en douaneformaliteiten
  • Waken over de naleving van internationale handelsregels en douanewetgeving
  • Onderhouden van contacten met douanediensten, expediteurs en logistieke partners
  • Optimaliseren van exportprocessen en logistieke workflows
  • Verzorgen van accijnsaangiftes en bijhorende administratie
  • Bewaken van de correcte toepassing van accijnswetgeving
  • Begeleiden van audits en controles
  • Organiseren en optimaliseren van wegtransport en containervervoer
  • Opvolgen van transportkosten en realiseren van efficiëntieverbeteringen
  • Evalueren van logistieke partners aan de hand van KPI's
  • Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van een team van transportplanners
  • Bepalen van prioriteiten en zorgen voor een efficiënte dagelijkse planning
  • Bijdragen aan een cultuur van samenwerking, structuur en continue verbetering
  • Bachelor denkniveau, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek, supply chain of een gerelateerde richting
  • Ervaring met exportprocessen, douaneformaliteiten en accijnswetgeving
  • Goede kennis van internationale transportplanning en containervervoer
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Organisatorisch sterk en nauwkeurig in de opvolging van dossiers
  • Stressbestendig en besluitvaardig
  • Oplossingsgerichte en proactieve ingesteldheid
  • Vermogen om processen kritisch te analyseren en te optimaliseren
  • Vlotte samenwerking met zowel interne als externe stakeholders
