Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een ervaren logistiek medewerker die klaar is voor een eerste stap in een leidinggevende rol? Voor onze klant Kuehne Nagel in Eindhout zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Back-Up Foreman die operationele taken combineert met het ondersteunen en aansturen van een team.

Je werkt in een dynamische magazijnomgeving met een gevarieerd productgamma en uiteenlopende logistieke processen. Hierdoor krijg je een afwisselend takenpakket en blijf je jezelf continu ontwikkelen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de operationele doelen op een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte manier worden behaald.

Het grootste deel van jouw tijd werk je mee als orderpicker, net zoals je collega's. Op momenten dat de Foreman afwezig is, neem jij de leiding over de afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot blijft draaien.

Als Foreman ben je de rechterhand van de Supervisor en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse logistieke processen veilig, efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol verlopen

Jij bent een ervaren logistiek medewerker die klaar is om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een logistieke omgeving
  • Je bent een natuurlijke motivator en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en durft beslissingen nemen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en/of Engels, beide is een plus.
  • Bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om door te groeien naar een leidinggevende functie.
  • Je bent een echte voorbeeldfiguur op de werkvloer. Met jouw houding, werkethiek en veiligheidsbewustzijn toon je dagelijks hoe de job correct en efficiënt uitgevoerd moet worden en neem je collega's hierin spontaan mee.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en bent graag actief bezig
  • Je kan zelfstandig naar het werk komen. Openbaar vervoer is geen mogelijkheid in combinatie met dit uurrooster.
