Als bandenmonteur ben jij een belangrijke schakel in onze dagelijkse werking. Je staat in voor het monteren, demonteren, vervangen en herstellen van banden op personenwagens en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werk kunnen onze klanten met een gerust hart de baan op.

Je komt terecht in een aangename werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork centraal staan.

Wat wordt jouw takenpakket?

Geen dag hoeft hetzelfde te zijn! Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Monteren en demonteren van banden op personenwagens en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen.
  • Uitvoeren van zomer- en winterbandenwissels.
  • Balanceren van wielen en controleren van de bandenspanning.
  • Controleren van banden, velgen en ventielen op slijtage of beschadigingen.
  • Herstellen van banden waar mogelijk en veilig.
  • Uitvoeren van wielwissels en correct aanspannen van wielbouten.
  • Opsporen en signaleren van eventuele afwijkingen of technische problemen.
  • Correct gebruiken en onderhouden van machines, gereedschappen en werkmateriaal.
  • Zorgen voor een nette, ordelijke en veilige werkplaats.
  • Klanten vriendelijk en professioneel verder helpen.
  • Je werkt steeds met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte service.

Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en voldoening haalt uit technisch en praktisch werk.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als bandenmonteur of binnen de autosector.
  • Je hebt technische interesse en werkt graag met je handen.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om de gebruikelijke werkzaamheden uit te voeren.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, gemotiveerd en flexibel, zeker tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig om met voertuigen, materiaal en gereedschappen.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je kunt je mondeling uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Engels of Frans.

Ervaring met bandenherstellingen, wielwissels, automechanica of bandenuitlijntoestellen is mooi meegenomen!
