Onze klant is een internationale logistieke dienstverlener gespecialiseerd in transport- en supplychainoplossingen voor de voedingssector. Jobomschrijving

Als Bevrachter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, opvolgen en optimaliseren van internationale transportopdrachten. Je bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten en transportpartners en zorgt ervoor dat transporten efficiënt, rendabel en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd.

  • Analyseren van transportaanvragen en uitwerken van de meest efficiënte transportoplossingen
  • Selecteren van geschikte transportpartners op basis van prijs, kwaliteit en capaciteit
  • Onderhandelen met transporteurs en logistieke partners
  • Opvolgen van transportopdrachten van planning tot levering
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, transporteurs en interne afdelingen
  • Beheren en administratief opvolgen van transportdossiers
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen, uitzonderingen en klachten
  • Bewaken van de rendabiliteit van transportdossiers
  • Opsporen van commerciële opportuniteiten binnen bestaande transportstromen
  • Samenwerken met customer service, facturatie en operationele teams
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van transportprocessen en dienstverlening
  • Eerste ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of supply chain
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en talent voor planning
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Klantgerichte en commerciële ingesteldheid
  • Oplossingsgerichte aanpak en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Nauwkeurige administratieve werkstijl
  • Vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en overzicht te bewaren
  • Stressbestendige ingesteldheid
  • Proactieve houding en zin voor initiatief
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van het Frans vormt een meerwaarde
