Om het team te versterken, zoekt onze partner een Revit Calculator/Tekenaar (m/v/x) met een passie voor technisch tekenen, BIM en kostprijsberekeningen.

Als Tekenaar / Estimator (m/v/x) bestaan je verantwoordelijkheden uit:

  • Technische plannen en BIM-modellen uitwerken in Revit
  • De behoeften van klanten analyseren en geoptimaliseerde oplossingen voorstellen
  • Meetstaten, offertes en budgetramingen opmaken
  • De technische, reglementaire en brandveiligheidsconformiteit garanderen
  • BIM-bibliotheken, parametrische families en BIM-standaarden beheren
  • Commerciële teams adviseren over de haalbaarheid van projecten
