Voor Stad Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Consulent ondersteuner toegankelijkheid BOA voor Jeugddienst.

Belangrijkste opdrachten van de functie

Vertaling van inclusiebeleid naar praktijk:

Vertalen van beleidsdoelstellingen rond inclusie naar concrete acties binnen de BOA vakantiewerking. Ondersteunen van aanbieders bij het toegankelijk maken van hun aanbod voor alle kinderen, met bijzondere aandacht voor kwetsbare doelgroepen.

Praktische ondersteuning en opvolging van inclusiegerichte proefprojecten:

Opnemen van de praktische organisatie en opvolging van inclusiegerichte proefprojecten. Zorgen voor afstemming met betrokken partners, ondersteunt bij de uitvoering en verzamelt praktijkinzichten.

Signaleren van noden en drempels in het werkveld:

Monitoren van de inclusieve werking op het terrein, signaleert van knelpunten en opportuniteiten, en deze terugkoppelen naar het beleidsproces. Mee helpen bepalen welke praktijkervaringen en inzichten nodig zijn om het inclusiebeleid verder te versterken.

Deelnemen aan de teamwerking:

Instaan voor een vlotte communicatie over de resultaten en bevindingen van de proefprojecten en signalen uit het werkveld binnen de beleidsdienst en binnen de BOA regie groep. Opnemen van de nodige administratieve, logisitieke taken die breed verbonden zijn aan de opdracht en aan de werkzaamheden van het team. Deelnemen aan overleg binnen en buiten de dienst.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma. Indien je deze niet behaalde, moet je slagen voor capacitaire proeven.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in het jeugdwerk
  • Je hebt inzicht in drempels en noden van kinderen met specifieke zorgbehoeften, anderstalige nieuwkomers en hun gezinnen
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met inclusieve werkvormen en toegankelijkheidsbeleid.
  • Je hebt voldoende organisatorische vaardigheden voor het ondersteunen van aanbieders in het realiseren van inclusieve praktijken.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van projectmatig werken, monitoring en evaluatie
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden, met aandacht voor diversiteit.
  • Je bent in staat om beleid om te zetten in operationele werking.
